I had started to give up on some of my plants in my garden but last week, things started to pop up thru the soil! There are now signs of carrots and I have one tomato! I’ve been enjoying some delicious salads with my lettuce, chives, mint and strawberries. Thankfully with all the rain we’ve had, I haven’t had to do much watering. As the weather starts to warm up and with sun in the forecast, I will have to be more on top of that! Other than getting back into a little bit of hiking this month, things have been relatively bleak and quiet.
As many of you know, one of my favourite mind-body practices is EFT, also known as tapping. This is a powerful, easy-to-learn and easy-to-use technique that can reduce stress or painful emotions associated with thoughts and past experiences. There are several meridian points on your body, that you just gently tap on with a couple fingers, while you repeat certain phrases.
